Can I review, change or cancel my order?

You can review your order list anytime in My Account after you sign in Vifocal.com.
If the order status is "Unpaid", you can remove or change it directly.
If the order status is "Paid", you can only cancel it before the order is processed, the time will be in 0-24hours.
Once the products are sent, you cannot cancel your order. And you can send back the unopened products. We will refund your money or ship another replacement when we receive them.

I have paid, why the order status is still unpaid?

Due to PayPal server will be delayed sometimes, please wait 2-4hours and check it again. If still unpaid, you can contact with Local PayPal branch or provide your email and order ID number, we'll check and fix the problem.

I have paid, why there's nothing in my order list?

On very rare occasion, the order won't appear in your order list. Make sure you have paid it. Please provide your E-mail address, order ID (you can get the order id from your PayPal confirm email) and item SKU, Vifocal.com service center will check and handle it for you.

How can I know my order has been shipped?

You’ll receive a notification e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Information like shipping items, shipping time, tracking No. and tracking website is included.

My tracking number is not working, what should I do?

Once package has left from Vifocal.com, it will take 1-3 business days to process in Post system. Please wait a little more time and try it again later. Any question, please leave message to us by visiting My Account. Vifocal.com customer service center will give your feedback within 0-24 hours.
